Masterplanning
At Strategic Planning we are experienced in leading multi-disciplinary teams in the preparation of masterplans for a range of land uses and locations.
We combine development demands with community and stakeholder involvement and test proposals against environmental affects to produce robust masterplans for large sites in urban areas.
We also have in-house capacity to produce Design Concept Statements, as required in policy for all residential development proposals. These are usually undertaken as part of a development scheme or planning application but can be used for future reference by landowners/developers. |
